We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept any bank issue check (cashiers check, money order, etc.) You can also have your bank wire the money.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Small items are sent out UPS, and larger items are shipped common carrier.

FREE DELIVERY ON FAUCETS SHIPPED UPS GROUND. Express delivery may also be an option. Freight on other items vary depending on the products ordered and the zip code it is going to. Please call for a quote. Please inspect all products upon arrival.

RETURNS

If the product is defective or shipped wrong, we will replace the product. If the product is damaged in freight, we ask that you note the product number and refuse the product with the freight carrier. Call us ASAP for a replacement and have paper work in hand to quicken the process.

All returns need approval prior to returning and must be done within 30 days. Stock returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% or more, plus return freight.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All Special or Custom orders will be held for 48 hours prior to being placed, during this time you may cancel or change your order. A Special ordered product that needs to be placed immediately requires a signature by the customer on the invoice, faxed to 763-712-9540. You may acquire this by calling The Plumbing Express at 1-800-387-5107. Special or custom orders may not be stopped or cancelled after order has been placed.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges on Special or custom orders after the 48 hours when the order has been placed.
